Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

Supervise the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure timely and quality hiring.

Experienced in Blue Collar.

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and workforce plans.

Partner with department heads to forecast hiring needs and define role requirements.

Lead employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company s reputation in the market.

Analyze recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, quality of hire, turnover) and recommend improvements.

Coach and support recruiters in sourcing, interviewing, and candidate evaluation techniques.

Organizational Development:

Design and implement OD programs including performance management, leadership development, and succession planning.

Lead employee engagement initiatives and analyze feedback to improve workplace culture.

Conduct training needs assessments and oversee learning & development plans.

Support organizational change initiatives through communication, training, and alignment.

Evaluate OD programs and report outcomes to management for continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master s preferred).

5+ years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.

Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, talent management, and OD practices.

Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally.

Desired Candidate Profile
