Roles & Responsibilities

Job Objective:

Results-driven and people-focused HR professional seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive role to leverage proven expertise in sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding top talent. Committed to driving organizational growth through strategic hiring, employer branding, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Job Duties:

Talent Sourcing & Recruitment:

  • Identify and attract qualified candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings.
  • End-to-End Recruitment Process:
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting and screening to interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews in collaboration with hiring managers.

Employer Branding:

  • Promote the company s brand to attract top talent through career fairs, online platforms, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Assist in creating compelling job descriptions and marketing materials.
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
  • Understand departmental hiring needs and workforce planning strategies.
  • Provide guidance to hiring managers on talent trends, market conditions, and best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in related field.
  • Postgraduate degree or certification in HR (e.g., HR Diploma)

Experience:

  • +5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles.
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Familiarity with various recruitment platforms.
