Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and oversee the full-cycle talent acquisition process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and workforce planning.

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract, assess, and hire top talent across various functions.

Manage and mentor the talent acquisition team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous professional development.

Collaborate with department heads and senior management to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.

Utilize data-driven insights to optimize recruitment processes and enhance candidate experience.

Build and maintain a strong employer brand to position the company as an employer of choice in the cosmetics and para-pharmaceuticals sector.

Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and internal policies throughout the recruitment process.

Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires and support their integration into the company culture.

Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and other talent sourcing partners.

Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment metrics, trends, and outcomes to senior leadership.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum of 9 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or human resources management.

Proven track record in leading and developing high-performing recruitment teams.

Strong understanding of talent acquisition best practices, tools, and technologies.

Demonstrated ability to design and execute effective recruitment strategies for diverse roles.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Experience in employer branding and candidate experience optimization.

Solid knowledge of labor laws and regulatory requirements related to recruitment.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment data and metrics.

Exceptional organizational and project management skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment.
