Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and manage the talent acquisition team, ensuring effective execution of recruitment strategies across all business units.

Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition plans aligned with organizational goals and workforce planning.

Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing, selection, and onboarding.

Collaborate with department heads and senior management to identify staffing needs and define job requirements.

Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, networking events, and employee referrals, to attract top talent.

Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies and recommend improvements.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and best practices throughout the recruitment process.

Build and maintain a strong employer brand to attract and retain high-caliber candidates.

Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors as needed.

Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to the talent acquisition team to foster professional growth and high performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

Proven track record of successfully leading recruitment teams and delivering on hiring targets.

Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies, sourcing techniques, and assessment methods.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Solid knowledge of labor laws and recruitment best practices.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
