Roles & Responsibilities

ROLE PROFILE

  • Manage relationships with Candidates and Hiring Managers, striving to create an exceptional experience throughout the entire recruitment journey.
  • Work collaboratively with the internal stakeholders such as the Talent Acquisition Director, Talent Acquisition COE, and Talent Sourcing to ensure optimum recruitment strategies are applied to each search.
  • Advise and support hiring managers on best practices, policies and procedures throughout the hiring journey.
  • Oversee the recruitment process for their specified company, ensuring a smooth and efficient candidate experience.
  • Implement Competency and Performance Based hiring methods to assess and select the best talent for the business.
  • Offer management and negotiation with selected candidates in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in talent acquisition and bring best practices and innovative solutions to their business.
  • Collaborate with Employee Life Cycle to facilitate a smooth pre-onboarding process for new hires, enabling their seamless integration into the company culture.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in HR or a related field is preferable.

  • 4+ years of experience in recruitment/ talent acquisition.
  • Excellent knowledge of recruitment tools and Interviewing skills / techniques
  • Fluency in English languages is a must.
  • Luxury Retail experince is preffered.
