Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles, from job briefing/intake to offer negotiation and closing.
Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top-tier passive and active candidates, particularly for specialized or hard-to-fill technical and managerial roles.
Conduct in-depth screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers to understand their specific needs and provide expert guidance on market trends, compensation, and hiring best practices.
Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process.
Track, analyze, and report on key recruitment metrics (Time-to-Hire, Source-of-Hire) to measure and improve process efficiency.
Participate in relevant job fairs, university relations, and networking events to build talent pipelines.

  • Minimum of 4 years and up to 7 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within a fast-paced industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully filling mid to senior-level positions.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR software.
  • Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
  • Willingness to work onsite in an office environment.
