Roles & Responsibilities

Job Purpose:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist – Volume Hiring is responsible for managing large-scale recruitment initiatives to meet the staffing needs of the company . The role focuses on sourcing, screening, and onboarding high volumes of candidates efficiently while ensuring a strong talent pipeline that aligns with the organization’s service standards and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk or mass hiring projects across multiple departments (hospitality, operations, F&B, housekeeping, etc.).
  • Collaborate with department heads and HR business partners to understand manpower requirements and hiring forecasts.
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job portals, databases, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
  • Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates based on job fit, cultural alignment, and operational readiness.
  • Coordinate and conduct recruitment campaigns, open days, and assessment centers for large-scale hiring needs.
  • Ensure timely communication and a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment dashboards for reporting and analytics.
  • Support the offer management, pre-onboarding, and documentation processes in coordination with HR Operations.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives and represent career fairs, recruitment drives, and partnership events.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal recruitment policies.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in high-volume or mass recruitment, preferably within the hospitality, aviation, retail, or facilities management sectors.
  • Proven experience managing multiple recruitment projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment channels, assessment tools, and talent acquisition systems.
  • Experience with international recruitment and coordination with overseas agencies is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
