Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Perform the entire recruitment process including Job posting, sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation to fill all open positions.
- Ensure all selected candidates are handpicked with the right competencies and cultural fit resulting in a successful hire.
- Build a strong candidate database to be available when any new position opens up within short notice.
- Ensure the staffing needs of the company are being met, with a long-term talent strategy in mind
- Liaise with management of various department to deeply understand the requirement of the open position and conduct competency-based interviews and check references using the company preferred hiring method.
- Provide a great candidate experience, from initial introduction to onboarding
Required Competencies:
- Experience with full cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Ability to head hunt
- Fluent English Speaker, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Negotiation Skills
- Ability to represent the company well for potential candidates
- Familiarity with social media, C.V. databases, and professional networks
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
- Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates.
- Good understanding of the requirements for each role in the company
Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, or equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar
