Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle from workforce planning and sourcing to onboarding ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process aligned with the company s growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and create accurate job descriptions.
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles.
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking).
- Conduct competency-based interviews and evaluate candidates cultural and technical fit.
- Maintain recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring reports to management.
- Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the company s market reputation.
- Ensure compliance with labor law and internal HR policies.
Desired Candidate Profile
Job Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 3 6 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within industrial, manufacturing, or engineering companies.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, sourcing techniques, and interview methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems (Oracle, Odoo, SAP, or similar).
- Ability to work from 10th of Ramadan City.
