Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating offers.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective talent acquisition strategies.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, and talent mapping.
Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to attract top talent.
Conduct initial candidate assessments, including resume screening, phone interviews, and skills evaluations.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and generate recruitment reports as needed.
Promote the company s employer brand and values to attract high-caliber candidates.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and labor market conditions to ensure competitive recruitment strategies.
Support onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Desired Candidate Profile
4-8 years of proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a large or diversified organization.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and talent assessment methods.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple vacancies and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with employment laws and best practices in recruitment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Commitment to upholding confidentiality and ethical standards in all recruitment activities.
