Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring)
Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and staffing needs
Create, publish, and manage job postings on Wuzzuf, LinkedIn, and other platforms
Source candidates through databases, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
Screen CVs and conduct phone and in-person interviews
Coordinate interviews and collect structured feedback from hiring managers
Prepare and follow up on job offers and support basic onboarding activities
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles
Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, source of hire, hiring status)
Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the process
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
Experience hiring for multiple roles at the same time
Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
Experience using ATS / CRM / recruitment tools
Good sourcing skills (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple openings under pressure
Organized, detail-oriented, and professional
English: Very Good / Fluent
