Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating offers.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective talent acquisition strategies.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to attract qualified candidates.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems to ensure accurate and timely documentation of candidate progress.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Negotiate job offers and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment.
- Promote Sutherland s employer brand and core values throughout all stages of the recruitment process.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related human resources function is a plus.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software is a plus.
- Ability to source candidates through various channels, including social media and professional networks.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze recruitment data and metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
- Fluency in English is a MUST! B2/C1
