Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruiting plans to meet the company s staffing goals.
- Partner with hiring managers to identify job requirements and work on crafting accurate and compelling job descriptions.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen and shortlist candidates for interviews and coordinate the interview process.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through efficient communication and timely feedback.
- Stay informed about recruitment best practices and industry trends to continuously improve the hiring process.
Desired Candidate Profile
ul> li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field./li> li>2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment./li> li>Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices./li> li>Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate with hiring managers./li> li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills./li> li>Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite./li> li>Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment./li> li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines effectively./li> li>Knowledge of current employment laws and regulations./li> li>Certifications in recruitment or human resources are a plus./li> /ol>
