Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Monitor vacancies & ensure they are adequately filled within the Talent Acquisition KPIs of vacancy rate duration of hiring & caliber hired.
- Coordinate with departments, employees, applicants, and management to provide guidance and support regarding recruitment, probation, and internal transfers.
- Ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality-driven fulfillment of all recruitment requisitions.
- Prepare and maintain accurate Talent Acquisition reports to support decision-making.
- Regularly update Job Descriptions to align with business expansion and operational needs.
- Assess and evolve organizational structures to support strategic growth.

Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in call center and telecommunications industries, preferably within the Gulf market.
- Proven experience in hiring for customer service, contact center operations, and supervisory/management roles.
- Strong understanding of Gulf market recruitment practices, cultural nuances, and workforce dynamics.
- Very good to excellent command of English; knowledge of Gulf dialects is an advantage.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing tools, social media platforms, and creative channels to attract top talent.
- Ability to multitask and deliver under pressure while maintaining quality standards.
- Strong reporting and analytical skills with proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
