Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Coordinate with production and operations departments to understand manpower needs and job requirements.
- Handle the full recruitment cycle for blue-collar roles, including sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
- Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' skills and experience.
- Schedule and coordinate in-person interviews.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the interview process and provide timely updates.
- Onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition into their new roles.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 1 year of Experience as a Recruiter preferably experience in Blue-collar recruitment and Mass Hiring
Bachelor's degree
Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills.
Strong understanding of the Recruitment process, including candidate sourcing techniques and interview strategies.
Excellent time Management and Organizational skills.
Very good for both spoken and written English proficiency.
