Execute the annual manpower and recruitment plan

Source, screen, shortlist, and conduct initial interviews

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and consolidate feedback

Validate degrees, certifications, and references

Support salary benchmarking and propose offers within approved scales

Prepare offers/contracts and ensure completion of pre-employment documents

Follow up on onboarding and ensure smooth integration for new hires

Support forecasting, budgeting, and vacancy reporting

Maintain and update recruitment tracker/dashboards (open roles, progress, time-to-fill)

Share regular recruitment status reports with management

Support workforce analytics and headcount alignment vs. approved structure

Manage job postings across platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, internal channels)

Promote employer brand through engagement and university/career events

Ensure a professional and positive candidate journey

Maintain relationships with agencies and academic institutions

Ensure recruitment compliance with internal policies and Lebanese Labor Law

Recommend improvements to tools, processes, and sourcing strategies

Maintain accurate and confidential candidate records

Support HR projects (talent, performance, retention) as assigned
