Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes
- Partner with leaders and HR to understand hiring needs
- Build strong pipelines across multiple regions in Saudi .
- Share market insights for better decision-making
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s in HRM / MBA (HR), or a qualified PG Diploma in HR
- 2- 5 years of non-IT recruitment experience, preferably in electrical industry.
- Willing to relocate to Saudi Arabia
- Excellent English communication; Arabic is a plus
