Roles & Responsibilities

Requirements:

Bachelor s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
8 10 years of recruitment experience, with at least 4 5 years in EPC / Oil & Gas.
Strong knowledge of project-based roles (Engineering, Construction, HSE, QA/QC, Procurement, Project Controls, etc.).
Familiarity with UAE labor law, visa processes, and international mobilization.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
