Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist in the creation and coordination of training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives

  • Manage the learning management system (LMS) and maintain accurate training records
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training solutions
  • Schedule and coordinate training sessions, including logistics and materials preparation
  • Conduct needs assessments and gather feedback to improve training effectiveness
  • Prepare reports on training metrics and program outcomes
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees
  • Assist in the development of career development plans and succession planning initiatives
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in talent development
  • Contribute to the creation of training materials and e-learning content

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  • 2-3 years of experience in talent development, HR, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in HR software and learning management systems (LMS)
  • Data analysis and reporting abilities
  • Project management skills
  • Knowledge of talent development best practices and trends
  • Understanding of adult learning principles
  • Experience with e-learning platforms and content development tools
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred
