Job Description

The Talent Development Specialist plays a crucial role in enhancing the skills and capabilities of an organization's workforce. This position involves designing, implementing, and managing training and development programs that align with the company's strategic objectives. By evaluating and implementing learning technologies and techniques, the Talent Development Specialist ensures that training programs are both effective and innovative, supporting the company's long-term success.


Responsibilities
  • Design and implement comprehensive training programs to address organizational needs.
  • Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis.
  • Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions for new employees.
  • Develop and manage training schedules, budgets, and reports as needed.
  • Facilitate workshops, conferences, simulations, and webinars to enhance learning.
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify ongoing and future training needs.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
  • Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments, and best practices.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and consultants for specialized training programs.
  • Promote professional development opportunities across all levels within the company.
  • Use a variety of delivery methods, including e-learning and hands-on training.
  • Ensure that training programs comply with statutory and company guidelines.

Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field required.
  • Proven experience in designing multiple training events in a corporate setting.
  • Knowledge of adult learning theories and best practices in instructional design.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
  • Ability to analyze data and evaluate training effectiveness statistically.
