Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate talent management processes across all levels, including talent reviews, succession planning, and AMI reporting. Recommend improvements based on talent discussions and promote a culture that attracts and retains top talent.
- Implement strategic learning initiatives focused on leadership and management development. Analyze organizational needs, design impactful programs, and deliver cutting-edge learning solutions to support employee growth.
- Drive the performance management cycle by communicating processes and ensuring effective execution. Monitor performance metrics, support low-performer management, and ensure alignment with company KPIs and policies.
Who We re Looking for:
- A bachelor s Degree in Human resources, business administration or a related field.
- 2-3 years of previous hands-on experience in Learning and development, surveys administration and HR programs management).
- Qualification in HR management or relevant
- Specialized training in the critical areas of HR management, e.g. Organizational Development (OD), Performance Management, Diversity Management etc.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Fluency in English and Arabic
