Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

As a Talent Management Specialist, you play a key role in connecting people with opportunities to grow and succeed. You ll handle full-cycle recruitment, interviews, onboarding, and development while supporting performance and engagement. Your efforts will strengthen our talent pipeline and help ensure the right people are in the right roles to drive our success.

  • Develop and post job advertisements; source and screen suitable candidates.
  • Conduct HR interviews to assess candidate fit and alignment with company culture.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment data; generate reports on hiring activities.
  • Create, update, and maintain detailed job descriptions to reflect current role requirements.
  • Plan and deliver onboarding programs to ensure effective integration of new hires.
  • Support new employees during onboarding by providing guidance and resolving queries.
  • Identify skill gaps and collaborate with managers to organize training programs.
  • Track training participation, gather feedback, and evaluate training effectiveness.
  • Support scheduling and execution of performance appraisal cycles, including collection of feedback.
  • Assist in analyzing appraisal results to support employee development and talent planning.
  • Prepare comprehensive HR reports on recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance for management.
  • Ensure compliance with all HR policies, labor laws, and organizational standards in talent activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years experience in talent management or HR roles, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG sectors.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with strong reporting skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
