Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement talent management strategies and initiatives
  • Manage performance management and employee development programs
  • Identify high-potential employees and create succession plans
  • Coordinate training and career development plans
  • Support employee engagement and retention initiatives
  • Collaborate with department heads on workforce planning
  • Track and analyze talent metrics and provide reports

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field

  • 2 5 years of experience in Talent Management or HR
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Good knowledge of HR systems and performance management tools
  • Very good command of English
