Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement talent management strategies and initiatives
- Manage performance management and employee development programs
- Identify high-potential employees and create succession plans
- Coordinate training and career development plans
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Collaborate with department heads on workforce planning
- Track and analyze talent metrics and provide reports
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- 2 5 years of experience in Talent Management or HR
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Good knowledge of HR systems and performance management tools
- Very good command of English
