Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for large-scale operations (100 200 hires monthly).
Oversee structured screening, assessment, and vetting processes to ensure quality hires.
Coordinate with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and workforce plans.
Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Support onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
Maintain recruitment records, reports, and metrics for tracking and improvement.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5 7 years of proven experience in recruitment, preferably in high-volume hiring.
Demonstrated success managing large-scale recruitment campaigns.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, assessment methods, and onboarding.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
