Roles & Responsibilities

STRATEGIC SOURCING & PIPELINE ARCHITECTURE

  • Active Pipeline Management: Build and nurture a "ready-to-hire" pool of sales professionals specifically targeted for partner acquisition and market expansion.
  • Inflow Consistency: Own the top-of-funnel metrics, ensuring a continuous weekly stream of high-caliber, pre-qualified candidates.
  • Multi-Channel Execution: Masterfully utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, industry networks, and proprietary databases to hunt for passive talent who transcend standard job boards.

SCREENING & BRAND ALIGNMENT

  • The First Filter: Conduct initial screenings that go beyond the resume. You will evaluate candidates against a rigorous Fit Framework focused on brand standards, service excellence, and partner compatibility.
  • Brand Standards: Assess whether candidates embody a high-end, sophisticated professional presence.
  • Service Excellence: Determine if they prioritize long-term relationship building over "transactional" selling.
  • Partner Compatibility: Evaluate the emotional intelligence and business acumen required to thrive within a partner-led network.
  • Decision Support: Deliver concise, structured, and actionable candidate evaluations to hiring managers that highlight both potential and cultural nuances.

PROCESS ORCHESTRATION & FRICTION REDUCTION

  • Recruitment Coordination: Act as the high-touch bridge between candidates and internal stakeholders, managing complex interview logistics with precision.
  • Bottleneck Hunting: Proactively identify and resolve delays in the hiring loop, such as streamlining feedback loops or clarifying requirements.
  • Momentum Management: Ensure the candidate experience is seamless and reflects the premium nature of the brand at every touchpoint.

DATA-DRIVEN INSIGHTS

  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on core KPIs: Time-to-Hire, Pipeline Conversion Rates, and Source Effectiveness.
  • Early Warning Systems: Use data to flag pipeline health issues early, providing proactive solutions to ensure expansion targets are met.

CROSS-FUNCTIONAL EVALUATION

Every hire you source is vetted through four critical lenses:

  • SALES: Proven ability to drive revenue and scale market share.
