Tamayyaz - Waiter or Waitress NOVOTEL

We are seeking a friendly and professional Waiter or Waitress to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our food and beverage service team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience.

• Greet and seat guests in a warm and welcoming manner
• Present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions about menu items
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using point-of-sale systems
• Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure tables are set up correctly and the dining area is clean and organized
• Process payments and handle cash and credit transactions accurately
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and any changes
• Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards
• Assist in side work duties such as rolling silverware and restocking service areas

• Must be a Saudi National eligible for the Tamayyaz Program
• Open to candidates with little to no work experience, including fresh graduates and those with up to 6 months of relevant experience
• Basic English language skills required
• Strong passion for the hospitality industry
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Customer-focused with the ability to remain calm and courteous in fast-paced environments
• Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
• Basic math skills for handling bills and payments
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for maintaining a clean and organized dining area
