Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Leader to join our growing real estate team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of property consultants, ensuring performance targets are met, and delivering exceptional client service. You must have a strong understanding of the UAE property market, excellent leadership skills, and a proven sales track record.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of property consultants to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Set daily, weekly, and monthly goals for the team and ensure accountability.
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching and support where needed.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase property listings and client engagement.
• Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis.
• Handle key client negotiations and high-value transactions when needed.
• Report sales performance, forecast projections, and team activity to senior management.
• Assist and training of new agents.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in the UAE real estate market (Abu Dhabi experience preferred).
• Proven track record of leading sales teams and achieving targets.
• Strong knowledge of off-plan and ready property market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
