• Evolving platforms toward strong>AI-native operations/strong> and intelligent automation
• Designing high-performance, real-time systems in a trading environment
• Integrating AI capabilities without compromising latency or reliability
• Removing engineering bottlenecks through smart automation
• Leading by example in a high-calibre, globally distributed team

What You Bring

• Strong experience with strong>Go, Python, Rust, or C++/strong> in performance-focused systems
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, Kubernetes, and scalable architectures
• Hands-on exposure to strong>LLMs, RAG pipelines, vector databases, or MLOps/strong>
• A builder mindset and confidence to challenge the status quo
• Passion for AI beyond the day job side projects, open-source contributions, or experimentation
