Roles & Responsibilities
Your role as Tech Lead
As a Tech Lead Software Engineer, you will be the technical referent within a team of 10 people (developers, QA, Product Owner, Scrum Master). You will work on the Java back-end and the React front-end, while supporting the teams in the design, development and delivery of high value-added software solutions.
Main missions
- Technically supervise a team of developers in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Design, develop and maintain Java back-end and React front-end applications.
- Participate in software architecture and technology choices.
- Perform code reviews and ensure quality (performance, security, maintainability).
- Contribute to the implementation of good practices (CI/CD, tests, design patterns, documentation).
- Identify possible improvements and propose innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with the Product Owner and Scrum Master to plan and deliver features.
Desired Candidate Profile
Technical Skills
- Bac+5 in computer science or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in software development.
- Expertise in Java back-end (Java SE/EE, Spring, microservices).
- Experience in React and front-end development)
- Solid full-stack culture (architecture, integration, databases, CI/CD).
- Good command of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Languages
- French: fluent.
- English: operational.
