  • Requirements
    • Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master s preferred).
    • 8+ years of progressive IT experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role.
    • Strong background in IT infrastructure management, networking, and systems administration.
    • Proven experience aligning IT strategies with business goals in a growing organization.
    • Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, data protection, and disaster recovery planning.
    • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
