Roles & Responsibilities

Revenue Share + Long-Term Equity Potential We currently building Nanny Recommended, a modern platform rethinking how parents discover trusted childcare recommendations in a fragmented market. The vision is bigger than a directory. We’re building a trusted ecosystem around modern parenting, recommendations, intelligence, verification, and user experience. I’m looking for a highly capable technical co-founder who wants to help build something meaningful from the ground up with real long-term scale potential.

Desired Candidate Profile

Strong full-stack development experience

  • Product-minded builder, not just coder

  • AI integration experience is a major plus

  • Strong UX instincts and attention to detail

  • Comfortable building MVPs quickly and iterating fast

  • Interested in trust systems, marketplaces, recommendation platforms, or consumer tech
