Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead all technical and engineering aspects of project delivery, installation, and commissioning of Oklin food-waste treatment systems in the Middle East Provide technical support to the sales team during pre-sales stages, including site assessments, solution design, and technical proposals. •Oversee local installation teams, subcontractors, and partners to ensure projects are executed safely, on time, and according to Oklin’s quality standards. •Conduct training sessions for clients and operators on system operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. •Ensure compliance with regional environmental, safety, and electrical/mechanical regulations. •Coordinate with the R&D and product teams to adapt solutions for regional climate conditions, waste composition, and client requirements. •Manage remote monitoring, after-sales service, and technical support structures in the region.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mechanical, environmental, or process engineering (or equivalent). •Minimum 10 years of technical experience in industrial equipment, waste treatment, or related fields. •Proven track record in project management and on-site deployment. •Strong leadership and communication skills with multicultural teams. •Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
