Roles & Responsibilities

Job Title: Technical Manager (Infrastructure & Utilities)

Location: Dubai, UAE
Experience Required: 10–15 Years


Job Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage all technical and engineering aspects of infrastructure and utilities projects.

  • Act as the main point of contact between design teams, site teams, consultants, and project management.

  • Review and ensure all drawings, specifications, and technical documents are aligned with project requirements.

  • Oversee the preparation and approval of shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and RFIs.

  • Provide technical guidance and support to engineering and site teams to resolve design and execution issues.

  • Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, particularly RTA requirements.

  • Identify technical risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.

  • Maintain proper documentation, reports, and technical records throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Participate in progress meetings and support overall project performance and delivery.


Desired Candidate Profile


  • Experience: 10–15 years in the construction field, with at least 5 years in a Technical Manager role.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

  • Background: Strong experience in infrastructure and utilities projects (roads, drainage, networks, etc.).

  • Authority Experience: RTA experience is highly preferred.
