Our newest opportunity is for a talented Technical Manager to join our award-winning team based in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager to lead and oversee the technical aspects of a large-scale high-rise construction project in . This role is crucial for ensuring that all technical operations, design, and implementation meet the highest standards and are delivered on time and within budget.
We envisage success in this role to include;
Managing the technical team and coordinate with other departments such as planning, procurement, and construction to ensure smooth project execution.
Overseeing the development, review, and approval of architectural and engineering designs to ensure compliance with the client’s requirements, regulations, and industry standards.
Monitoring and controling all technical aspects of the construction process, ensuring the quality of work meets project specifications and standards.
Providing expert consultancy and technical advice to both the project team and clients, resolving any design or construction challenges..
Qualifications
To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include a minimum of 15 years’ career experience partnered with a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Excellent experience in a previous technical PMC role with mixed use experience
