Technical Manager – onQloud (Cloud, Infrastructure & Security) AL NAJMA AL MAROFAH COMPUTER TR.LLC

ROLE INTENT

The Technical Manager is responsible for technical correctness, delivery excellence, and operational reliability of onQloud solutions. This role ensures that what is sold can be delivered, what is designed works under pressure, and what is deployed is secure, scalable, and supportable. This is a hands-on technical leadership role, not a support supervisor role.

CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Technical Architecture & Solution Ownership

• Own solution design for cloud, infrastructure, backup, DR, and security offerings

• Validate architectures across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments

• Act as final technical authority before production deployment

1. Pre-Sales & POC Governance

• Support Pre-Sales with deep technical input

• Define POC scope, timelines, success criteria, and exit conditions

• Ensure POCs are decision-driven and time-bound

• Approve POC-to-production technical transition

1. Delivery, Operations & Risk Control

• Oversee deployments, migrations, and rollouts

• Ensure clean handover from Pre-Sales to Delivery

• Identify technical risks early and prevent escalations

• Ensure backup, recovery, and DR processes are tested and documented

1. Security & Continuity Responsibility

• Embed security considerations into every design

• Address ransomware, data integrity, and recovery risks

• Ensure solutions withstand audits and real incidents

1. Execution Discipline & Zoho Ownership

• Ensure 100% task, documentation, and activity updates in Zoho

• Maintain architecture notes, POC reports, and delivery checklists

• No undocumented work will be accepted

1. Team Leadership & Capability Building

• Lead engineers and solution specialists

• Define technical standards and SOPs

• Reduce dependency on individuals through documentation
