Are you a procurement professional with a sharp technical mind? Do you know your way around automation components, motors, and sensors just as well as you know how to negotiate a great contract?

We are looking for a Technical Procurement Executive in Dubai. In this role, you will bridge the gap between engineering and supply chain, ensuring the operations run seamlessly by sourcing and managing critical electromechanical and automation components.

What Youll Do (Role Summary)
You will take full ownership of sourcing, procuring, and managing the inventory of electromechanical and automation components. Your technical expertise, supplier management skills, and inventory control strategies will directly support the daily operations and critical maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Technical Sourcing: Interpret technical drawings and specifications to accurately source components like motors, actuators, sensors, relays, switches, and related parts.
Vendor & Contract Management: Prepare RFPs, evaluate vendors, negotiate pricing/contracts, and build strong, cost-effective supplier relationships.
Inventory & Stock Control: Perform regular analysis to prevent stock shortages and excess inventory, ensuring critical spare parts are always available.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, maintenance, operations, and fleet teams for seamless procurement planning.
Market Insight & Reporting: Conduct market research for cost-saving opportunities and prepare reports on inventory performance, stock levels, and variances.

What We Are Looking For:
Education: Diploma or higher qualification (Preference for Mechanical, Electrical, Commerce, or Finance backgrounds).
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in procurement and inventory management.
Industry Background: Proven experience in automation, manufacturing, warehouse distribution, or technical procurement environments (e.g., DEWA, Metro, industrial, or heavy manufacturing setups).
Technical Knowledge: Strong familiarity with spare parts across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and consumable categories.
Core Skills: Expertise in inventory planning, financial evaluation, stakeholder management, and budgeting
