Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


  • Lead end-to-end project delivery for software and IT initiatives
  • Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and execution plans
  • Prepare and manage project plans, schedules, risk registers, and status reports
  • Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and manage dependencies proactively
  • Ensure adherence to project management best practices and SDLC methodologies
  • Manage change requests, risks, and mitigation plans effectively
  • Conduct regular stakeholder communication, reviews, and project updates
  • Ensure projects comply with quality standards and organizational policies
  • Support release management and post-implementation reviews

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in IT project management
  • Strong technical understanding of software development and system integration
  • Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologies
  • Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Confluence, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification
  • Experience working with cloud technologies, APIs, and enterprise systems
  • Prior experience working in the Middle East or UAE market is an advantage
