Technical Specialist Remittances & Payments

Summary:
Key responsibilities include leading implementation and support, troubleshooting challenges, ensuring system integration, providing execution-focused support, and collaborating with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
Lead implementation and support of remittance/payment products (inward, outward, alias resolve, lifecycle, mandates).
Troubleshoot and resolve operational and technical challenges during set-up and post-go-live.
Ensure smooth integration and adoption of remittance systems across business and technical teams.
Provide execution-focused support, ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance system performance and streamline processes.

Proven experience in remittances / money transfer / payments systems implementation and operations.
Strong understanding of technical integration, transaction flows, and operational processes.
Execution-driven with ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
