Roles & Responsibilities

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Technical Support professional with hands-on experience in Smart Locks, Access Control, or ELV systems to join our team. The role involves installation, uninstallation, repair, and maintenance of smart locks, as well as providing timely support to our customers. This is a dynamic role that combines technical expertise with excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, uninstall, and repair Smart Locks and Access Control systems at customer locations.

  • Attend customer service calls and provide timely resolutions for technical issues.

  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting for smart lock systems.

  • Submit detailed service reports after each installation, repair, or maintenance activity.

  • Record and update all service requests and follow up as required.

  • Provide guidance to customers on the proper use and features of the smart lock systems.

  • Coordinate with internal teams for spare parts, upgrades, and technical escalations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in Smart Locks, Access Control, or ELV (Extra-Low Voltage) systems.

  • Hands-on experience with installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of smart lock systems.

  • Strong problem-solving and technical skills.

  • Good communication skills to interact with customers professionally.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Basic computer skills for reporting and logging service requests.

  • Valid driving license (if travel to customer sites is required).

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with mobile app integration and smart home systems.

  • Experience in providing on-site technical training to customers.
