Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Communicate with hiring managers to identify future job openings and the technical requirements for those jobs.
- Verifying job descriptions and post them to relevant media platforms.
- Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements.
- Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews.
- Presenting the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the hiring manager.
- Offering job positions and completing the relevant paperwork.
- Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process.
- Managing the onboarding process of newly hired Employees and organize induction program.
- Develop an effective candidate pipeline by active sourcing, head hunting and recruiting events.
- Perform other related tasks.
Desired Candidate Profile
Fluency in English is a MUST (fluency in German is a major plus)
- Hands-on experience in technical recruitment (SW Engineers, Developers & QA) in different organizational levels.
- Thorough understanding of technology, technical roles, and technical skills.
- Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred in Human Resources Management, or similar field of study.
