In our Information Technology and Digital Hiring team, you will deliver exceptional talent acquisition strategies, effective recruitment solutions, and top-tier technical talent for our growing teams. You will collaborate with industry leaders to strategize, implement, and optimize recruitment processes that align with our mission of innovation and excellence in the CX industry. You will be integral to building a future-ready workforce that supports our vision of transforming customer experiences globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Strategy: Design and lead recruitment programs aligned with business goals and future talent needs.

  • Sourcing & Outreach: Identify top tech talent through digital platforms, coding communities, and strategic networking.

  • Candidate Evaluation: Conduct screenings and interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.

  • Hiring Collaboration: Advise hiring managers on candidate selection and support final decision-making.

  • Offer Management: Partner with HR to craft competitive offers and manage negotiations.

  • Pipeline Building: Maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

  • Data-Driven Insights: Use ATS and HRIS tools to track metrics and optimize recruitment strategies.

  • Compliance & Branding: Ensure hiring practices meet legal standards and promote the company s employer brand.

Candidate Profile

  • Experienced in hiring for software, cloud, data, AI/ML, and IT infrastructure roles

  • Deep understanding of tech and hiring market trends

  • Proficient in English

  • Strong communicator with excellent stakeholder engagement skills

  • Organized, deadline-driven, and adaptable in fast-paced environments

  • Proficient in ATS, recruitment tech, and Microsoft Office

  • Metrics-aware and detail-oriented
