Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Role Definition: Manages strategic and business decisions related to product or product group creation, development, positioning and marketing.
What You Will Do:
Lead a team of specialists who support field-based industry reps, product groups, and dealers in application training, job site studies, competitive testing and analysis, value analysis, and NPI launch training.
Gathering marketplace requirements and setting direction for future product evolution. Engage with customers to drive operational improvements.
Monitoring problem areas; defining or approving planned product enhancements.
Developing business case, business plan, product definition and specifications, product launch and life cycle management activities.
Participating in quality assessment and improvement processes.

Coaches others on key factors that differentiate offerings from that of competition.
Develops procedures for product planning, development, and delivery cycles.
