Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

      Job Role

      Inbound & Outbound Sales:

    • Proactively follow up on high-quality leads via outbound calls to introduce our CFD, FX, and Fintech products.

    • Handle inbound inquiries, providing expert guidance on trading platforms and market access.

  • Conversion:

    • Navigate prospective clients through the onboarding and KYC process.

    • Convert leads into active, funded accounts by effectively handling objections and highlighting our value proposition.


  • Retention & Reactivation:

    • Monitor client trading activity and provide regular market updates to encourage continued engagement.

    • Execute re-engagement campaigns to reactivate dormant accounts and increase the lifetime value of the portfolio.

  • CRM & Compliance:

    • Maintain meticulous records in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot) to track the sales pipeline.

    • Ensure all communications adhere strictly to financial regulations and internal compliance standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience: 1–3 years in telesales, specifically within CFDs, Forex, or Fintech.

  • Market Knowledge: Solid understanding of capital markets, trading terminologies, and financial instruments.

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.

  • Target-Driven: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly conversion and retention KPIs.

  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving fintech solutions.
