Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to leads provided through CRM or marketing campaigns.
  • Educate potential clients about the basics of CFD trading and platform features.
  • Guide users through account registration, KYC process, and initial deposit.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure account activation and engagement.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address client inquiries.
  • Meet daily/weekly targets related to calls, conversions, and activations.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Handle objections confidently and professionally.
  • Coordinate with the sales and retention team for high-value clients.

Desired Candidate Profile

We are looking for enthusiastic and results-driven Telecallers to join our CFD trading platform team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, educating them about online trading services, and converting leads into active users. You will act as the first point of contact for customers interested in trading in CFDs (forex, commodities, indices, etc.).


  • Strong verbal communication skills in English (Arabic / Hindi /other languages are a add on plus).
  • 1+ year previous telecalling, sales, or customer support experience preferred.
  • Interest in financial markets and trading is an added advantage.
  • Ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and performance-driven.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools
