Telecaller (Telugu and Kannada) Talentify Human Resources Consultancies L.L.C.O.C

We are looking for South Indian Telecallers to join our team. The role involves handling outbound and inbound calls, lead generation, and customer support. Candidates must be fluent in Kannada and Telugu.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain company services/products.
• Handle inbound calls and provide accurate information.
• Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain and update customer records in the system.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.

Requirements

• Nationality: Indian (South Indian candidates preferred).
• Languages: Must speak Kannada and Telugu (Hindi/English is an advantage).
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Previous tele calling/customer service experience preferred.
• Energetic, self-motivated, and target-oriented.

Work Schedule

• Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Working Days: 6 days a week
