Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective forex clients

Explain company services, forex products, and trading platforms

Generate qualified leads and convert them into active clients

Assist with account opening and onboarding on MT5

Follow up with leads and maintain accurate call records

Achieve daily and monthly call and conversion targets

Coordinate with sales managers for client meetings and closures

Key Skills:

- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills

- Lead generation and follow-up expertise

- Basic knowledge of Forex & trading concepts

- Customer handling and objection management

- CRM usage and call tracking skills

- Target-oriented and result-focused mindset

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

- 1+ year of experience in telecalling, telesales, or financial sales

- Basic understanding of Forex / financial markets (preferred)

- Strong communication and persuasion skills

- Ability to handle objections and close leads

- Target-driven and self-motivated attitude

- Dubai-based candidates preferred
