Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote products and services
Generate qualified leads and support the sales team in achieving targets
Maintain accurate customer and lead records in the CRM
Provide product information and follow up on inquiries
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer engagement roles Background or knowledge in medical, scientific, or laboratory instruments is highly preferred Excellent communication and negotiation skills Based in Dubai and available for immediate joining
