Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products/services Screening candidates and scheduling interviews
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to customers
Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales
targets
Handle customer/client queries and resolve
issues effectively
Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer details in CRM systems
