Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • 1. Lead Generation & Prospecting Make outbound calls to potential buyers, sellers, and investors from company databases, online inquiries, and referrals. Qualify leads by identifying their property requirements, budget, and readiness to purchase or invest. 2. Client Engagement & Relationship Building Present property options and highlight features, benefits, and investment potential over the phone. Build rapport with clients, address queries, and nurture long-term relationships to convert leads into sales. 3. Sales Conversion Schedule property site visits, virtual tours, and meetings for the sales team. Follow up consistently with warm leads until closure. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets set by management. 4. Database & CRM Management Maintain accurate records of all calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM systems. Ensure timely updates on client status, feedback, and next steps. 5. Market Knowledge & Pitching Stay updated on property listings, pricing, market trends, and competitor offerings. Effectively communicate unique selling points (USP) of the company’s projects. 6. Team & Reporting Coordinate with the field sales team to ensure smooth client handover. Share daily/weekly reports on lead status, pipeline, and closures with management. 7. Professionalism & Compliance Uphold ethical sales practices and ensure transparency in all client communications. Adhere to company policies, scripts, and regulatory requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A minimum of 2 years of telesales or sales experience in a dynamic environment, demonstrating a proven track record of exceeding targets.

  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools to streamline processes and maximise efficiency in managing leads.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt language and tone to different audiences.
