Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Telesales Officer to join our travel agency in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have previous call center or telesales experience in the travel industry and be confident in communicating with customers to promote travel-related services.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact potential and existing customers via phone to promote travel packages and services
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
Explain travel packages, visa services, flight bookings, and other travel-related services
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales
Maintain accurate customer records and call logs
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to team goals
Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
Previous call center or telesales experience in a travel agency or similar field
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Ability to handle high call volumes and work under sales targets
Good knowledge of travel services such as flight bookings, visas, and holiday packages
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or call center systems
Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
Preferred:
Experience working in the UAE travel industry
Proven track record in telesales or customer service
